Refund and Withdrawal Policy

1. Scope

This Refund and Withdrawal Policy applies to paid premium features of LoveAudit, an offering by Steiner Online Services. Full provider and contact details are available in the imprint.

Payments are processed through Paddle. Paddle may apply its own payment, tax and refund processes as payment provider or merchant of record.

2. Digital Service With Immediate Access

LoveAudit Premium is a digital service. After successful payment, you immediately receive access to the premium analysis and a PDF report summarizing the analysis.

Where required by applicable law, the purchase may require your express consent that the digital service begins immediately and that a statutory withdrawal right may expire as a result.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window for all LoveAudit Premium purchases, with no exceptions or conditions.

You can request a refund within 14 days after purchase by contacting hello@loveaudit.io.

4. Payment and Technical Issues

For technical errors, unlock failure despite successful payment, duplicate charges, incorrect charges or other understandable payment issues, you can also contact hello@loveaudit.io.

Statutory rights, mandatory consumer rights and rights in case of defective digital services remain unaffected.

5. Submit a Request

To request a refund or report a payment or unlock issue, contact us at hello@loveaudit.io. Please include, where available, the Paddle transaction number or payment confirmation.

Refunds are technically processed through Paddle.
