1. Overview

LoveAudit uses cookies and similar technologies so that the website works, your consent choices can be managed and, after your consent, we can measure reach, usage and conversion events.

Chat contents are processed locally in your browser and are not transmitted to us or Google through cookies or analytics services.

2. Necessary Local Storage Technologies

LoveAudit uses IndexedDB and localStorage so that chat analyses can be stored locally, sessions can be found again and premium unlocks can be technically verified. These storage operations are required for the core features.

If you delete local browser data, local analyses, settings or browser-bound premium unlocks may be lost.

3. Consent Management With CookieYes

We use CookieYes as a consent management platform to manage your cookie and analytics settings. CookieYes may set necessary cookies or similar storage technologies, in particular to store your choices.

You can change your settings through the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer where it is shown in your region or environment.

4. Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics

We use Google Tag Manager to manage tags and Google Analytics for reach, usage and conversion measurement. In regions where consent is required, these services are activated only after your consent.

Technical information, page views, interactions, approximate location information and coarse purchase or funnel data may be processed. We do not send chat contents, participant names, local session IDs, payment tokens, chat fingerprints, email addresses or Paddle customer IDs to Google Analytics.

5. Conversion Measurement

After your analytics consent, we may measure whether key usage steps and purchases occur. For purchase events, ecommerce-related information such as value, currency, product category and transaction ID may be processed.

This measurement helps us understand user flow, checkout and LoveAudit’s business performance without analyzing chat contents or sending them to analytics services.

6. Withdraw Consent

You can withdraw or change consent at any time with effect for the future. Use the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer or your browser settings.

Withdrawal affects future processing. Lawful processing that has already taken place remains unaffected.
